5. Import Duties & Taxes
- 99.9% of our parcels arrive without any customs or import fees.
- In rare cases where a fee is incurred, please contact us, and we’ll work to find a solution.
- We’re not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
6. Split Deliveries
- Orders with multiple items may be shipped separately to ensure they arrive in the best condition.
- This may occur due to varying warehouse locations or size and weight restrictions.
7. Failed Delivery
- Ensure someone is available to receive your package at the scheduled time.
- If no one is available, please contact your local postal office for assistance or arrange for redelivery.
8. Lost, Stolen, or Returned Parcels
- Report any missing packages within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Beyond this timeframe, it may become challenging to resolve the issue.
- We’re not responsible for lost packages sent to shared addresses or incorrect delivery information provided at checkout.

9. A Little Behind Schedule?
Don't worry if your package is taking a bit longer than expected! Just send us a quick email at contact@kumochi.store with your order number and we'll get to the bottom of it. You have 90 days from your order date to let us know if something's missing.
10. Where's My Package?
You'll get a little notification when your package is on its way. But sometimes, our mail carrier friends might accidentally mark it as delivered. If you haven't received your package yet, don't panic!
- Give it a day or two: Your package might just be hiding somewhere.
- Check with your local post office: They might have more info for you.
- Look around: Sometimes, packages like to play hide-and-seek.
If you're still lost, just let us know and we'll help you find your package.
11. Special Occasions?
We want to make sure your new kawaii goodies arrive just in time for all your special occasions. But sometimes, unexpected things happen. To avoid any disappointment, please order a little early.
Need to return something? No problem! Just send us an email within 14 days of receiving your order.
12. Lost and Found
Oh no! Sometimes, even the cutest packages get lost in the mail. If your package is returned because of an incorrect address, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or any other reason, please get in touch with us at contact@kumochi.store with your order number within 90 days.
We're so sorry, but we can't offer a refund if we don't get the package back. If you'd like us to send it back out, there will be a small fee to cover the shipping costs. This fee applies even if your original shipping was free.
