1. Return Eligibility:

• 14 days to return items after delivery
• Items must be unworn/unused with all original tags and packaging
• For order cancellations, contact us within 1 hour of purchase
• Please inspect your items upon arrival, even if they're gifts!

2. Return Steps:

• Email us at contact@kumochi.store with: • Your order number • Items you want to return • Reason for return
• Pack items carefully in original packaging
• Ship to the address we provide
• Once received, we'll process your refund/exchange

3. Shipping Returns:

• Return shipping costs are covered by customers, except for incorrect/defective items
• We recommend using tracked shipping for your protection

4. Refund Process:

• Once we receive and verify your return, we'll process your refund
• Money goes back to your original payment method
• 10% restocking fee applies to refunds
• No fees for exchanges!
• Shipping costs are non-refundable

5. Order Cancellation:

• Changes/cancellations allowed within 1 hour of ordering
• 5% processing fee applies to cancellations
• We'll confirm all cancellations by email
• After processing begins, orders can't be cancelled

6. Damaged/Wrong Items:

• Oh no! We're sorry if something's not right! Send us an email with your order number and photos

7. Special Occasions:

• While we process orders as quickly as possible, we can't guarantee delivery dates
• Please order well in advance for special occasions
• Standard return policy applies (14 days)
